Bringing Menopause to the Forefront

Launched in 2021 by Sam Simister and Heather Jackson, GenM set out to change how society and the retail industry understand menopause. Through partnerships with leading brands such as Sainsbury’s, Co-op, and Holland & Barrett, GenM works to better support both consumers and employees experiencing menopause.

At the heart of GenM’s mission is the MTick® — the world’s first universal shopping symbol for menopause-friendly products. Displayed across packaging, in stores, and online, the MTick® empowers women to shop with confidence and recognise products that can support one or more of the 48 signs of menopause.

Working closely with Propaganda, the award-winning strategic brand agency behind GenM’s creative direction, we’ve ensured every online iteration remains true to the brand’s vision while evolving with its growing influence and audience.

A Digital Platform for Purposeful Change

Crush Pixels brought Propaganda’s design for GenM to life with a high-performance WordPress build that captures the organisation’s purpose with clarity and impact. The site features smooth SVG animations, dynamic layouts, and an intuitive user experience that showcases key initiatives such as the MTick® certification, partner network, and Menopause Market Report, while providing seamless access to educational resources and research.

The site is fully responsive, fast, and flexible, ensuring partners and consumers alike can engage with the content seamlessly across any device.

The GenM Partner Portal

To further strengthen engagement and collaboration, we also developed the GenM Partner Portal, a secure digital hub built on Circle that gives brand partners access to exclusive resources, marketing toolkits, events, and data insights. Designed for ease of use and scalability, it supports GenM’s mission to empower its partners with tools to drive awareness and positive change.
